Happy Retirement!!
Lynn McCarthy
No one epitomizes Charger Pride more than our re-
tiring Principal Lynn McCarthy. A graduate from
Dundee Community High School who did her stu-
dent teaching at Irving Crown, Lynn has spent her
entire 20 year career in education at DCHS, includ-
ing the past nine years as Principal. She is a former
tennis coach who is a familiar face at DC sport
events. She’s been on the field with the students
celebrating a big win and even hangs out with the
Super Fans from time to time. Win or lose, she
takes pride in the achievements of every single stu-
dent and has made a difference for our ath-
letes. Thanks for making DCHS a better place and
for always reminding us to push that Charger Pride!
