02-02 Getting the Most out of TUGweb.com & Sage Portal Knowledge Level: Basic Who Should Attend: Anyone that is interested in learning more about getting the most out of their membership by using TUGweb.com wanting to learn more about Sage Portal. Prerequisites and/or Advance Preparation: None Learning Objectives/Description: In this session, we will go over a basic overview of TUGweb.com home page. We will review how to add employee user accounts to your company's master account, the difference between a user account and master account, how to join communities and committees, how to attend monthly community and committee meetings and training webinars, how to access the TUG Pulse Newsletter, how to access and use TUG Talk Online Forum, how to get involved with TUG, and how to connect with TUG via social media. On the Sage front, we’ll review self-serve resources such as the customer portal, knowledgebase, and Sage City. We’ll also give you a quick tour of Sage University and show you how to locate training.

Join us to review the features in Sage.
