How it works: Timeline: • Determine webinar delivery date (preferably
4 to 6 weeks out to optimise marketing • Determine topic and key take-aways in
consultation with client • Select / schedule hosts • Marketing will begin ideally at the 4 week
mark in the form of; emails, EDMs, via newsletter (CX Spotlight), personal email invitations
• Paid advertising through social and other identified platforms
• 2 weeks prior to presentation, we will work with you to put together the slide presentation
• We will design and prepare the slides and schedule a final dress rehearsal

Recorded Webinar on YouTube - An edited copy of the webinar will be uploaded to our YouTube account and is generally available to the wider public. We strive whenever possible to make a high quality audio recording of the presentation.

The specific activities will include:

• The acquisition of participants and prospects based on location, via the following channels: - Client's prospect activities - Prospects sourced via Fifth Quadrant’s
