2019 Community Sponsorship Application

Assiniboine Credit Union’s (ACU’s) sponsorship program welcomes opportunities to support local organizations that align with our values.

Who We SponsorACU receives many more requests than we have funding for, therefore preference is given to organizations working in the areas of community inclusion, environmental sustainability, community enterprise development, arts and culture. Preference is also given to ACU members.

Who We Don’t SponsorThe following examples do not qualify:

Individuals political parties and affiliated activities religious activities third party fundraisers health care facilities; medical research, services or equipment sports teams and sporting events major capital projects (except for fundraising events above)

How to ApplyPlease note: Applications must be submitted at least six weeks prior to your event.1. Review the eligibility requirements at “Community Sponsorships” to see if you are

eligible. If your request does not meet the eligible criteria, it is unlikely that it will be approved.

2. If you are eligible, complete the application form and submit it, along with additional information and support materials, to lbretecher@assiniboine.mb.ca. Alternatively the application can be mailed to:
