WelcomeWelcome to the 2017 Nebraska Primary EyeCare Conference!

The NOA Education Committee has worked hard to bring together top-notch speakers covering an extensive range of topics. A special thank you to this year’s Education Committee: Drs. Kyle Cheatham, Scott Greder, Richard Kant, Kyle Klute, Todd Pfeil, Scott Reins, Bob Vandervort, and Matt Willis, each year they provide excellent guidance arranging education in a constantly evolving environment.

Technology will be a focus for this year’s conferences, and our Whova event app is just the beginning! Our hope is that Whova will assist in keeping you on schedule (via your phone or tablet), and increase networking among our attendees. NOA staff has come up with some interesting ways to integrate the app with our educational opportunities this weekend (and you will have a chance to win prizes) so make sure you download the Whova App (instructions on page 11 of this brochure).

As always, this year’s conference provides opportunities for networking with our exhibitors. Please make certain you visit with each exhibitor. Our exhibitors offer a wide variety of products and services, keeping you current with technology, trends and products you might have a use for in your practice.

Our Friday luncheon will provide an update on Nebraska Medicaid, and a special presentation by Bausch+Lomb representative, Dr. Matthew Ward. Saturday during lunch, Dr. Ron Benner, our AIA Board of Trustee Liaison, will offer an update on professional trends across the country and AOA benefits.

It is an action packed schedule for this year’s conference, and we hope you take full advantage of it. Maybe even sneak away for a concert at the Pinnacle Bank Arena, just make sure you share it on the Whova app so we can all see!

Enjoy the weekend!
