Vendor Set-Up: Set-up begins at 3:30 PM on Friday. Spaces are not pre-assigned and are first-come, first

serve. If you require electricity for a laptop computer or display, it is advisable to bring a

power strip and extension cord with you.

Ad Deadline: The deadline for ad space in the Convention Program is 5:00 p.m. on October 27th.

Rooms: Hotel rooms are available for Friday and Saturday night at your own expense at $129 +

([email protected]) as a backup. By-Law proposals must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday,

October 2, 2017 in order to be considered by the By-Laws Committee. Resolutions must be received by

Friday, October 27, 2017 in order to be considered by the Resolutions Committee. Resolutions not

received by this time may still be considered by the body, pursuant by Bylaws Article IX, section f.2.
