Guarantee Date

Your final guarantee and deposit is due 72 hours prior to the arrival of the

function. If the hotel does not receive a final guarantee 72 hours prior to

the function, the group will be charged based on the most recent

estimate received.

Service Time

All events will include a 2 hour service time. Events requiring a service

time beyond what is mutually agreed upon will be assessed an additional

charge.

Unconsumed Food and Beverage

Food and Beverages not consumed during the event may not be removed

or carried out from the serving location

Buffet Minimum

All buffets must have a minimum of 25 guests. A $150 charge will apply

for parties of 24 guests or less

Package Delivery

Packages and meeting materials may be delivered to the hotel no more

than three days prior to your event. The hotel reserves the right to charge

the guest for excess delivery of packages and to return packages at the

conclusion of your event
