CABINMATE REQUEST

We will seek to honour cabinmate requests as follows: campers must be eligible to be in the same camp, ages typically are not more than 12 months apart, the request must be made by both people, and it must be made at least two weeks before camp. Note that this is optional and that many campers do not make requests. We seek to honour your requests, and to place similar age groups together.

QWANOES POLICIES

AGE: The youngest a camper can be is turning the minimum age (example: 15 for Youth Camp) by December 31, 2016. The camper may not be older than the maximum age by the start date of their camp. For Spring Juniors Retreat, campers in grade 6 who turn 12 before Spring Juniors Retreat may attend.

CANCELLATION: Please refer to “General Info” on page 27.

ONE CAMP: Campers may only attend one summer camp.
