Payment

Checks and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) accepted. Payment must

be received by close of the auction.

Conditions of Sale

1. All works of art for sale are described in this catalog and will be sold in “as

is” condition.

2. All attendees holding valid bid cards, including lot donor and auctioneer,

are eligible to bid.

3. All statements in this catalog are made in good faith that they are reliable

but are not warranted by BRLT or the auctioneer.

4. During the live auction, the highest bidder will be acknowledged by the

auctioneer.

5. Absentee and phone bids will be accepted. Registration for absentee and

phone bids closes at 7pm on Wednesday, July 29.

6. In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer’s decision will

be final.

7. Bidding on a lot indicates the bidder’s acceptance of these terms.

Art Pick-up

1. Winning bidders attending the July 30 auction must pick up art by the

close of the auction or by 4pm at BRLT’s office, 137 Townsend Avenue,

Boothbay Harbor, ME on Friday, July 31.

2. Winning bidders not in attendance at the auction must contact BRLT at

(207)633-4818 by 4pm on Friday, July 31 to arrange for pickup or delivery.
