From Umbria, Italy comes an array of oils from one of the world’s oldest olive mills. Since 1639, the Gradassi family single estate cold extracted extra virgin olive oils have been picked by hand. The family believes in warmth, simplicity, and authenticity. Their oils have been recognized throughout the world with prestigious prizes such as the Ercole Olivario Award, and are served in 3 Star Michelin restaurants.

Cufrol’s Lo Sgocciolato Naturale is a precious oil made from Moraiolo olives that are hand picked from October 25th to November 15th. The oil is obtained from a Sinolea machine using a unique cold drip method that doesn’t create production stress, resulting in an oil which bears the closest resemblance to the original fruit.

These baby pears were brought to Chile by the Jesuits in the 1600s. The European trees were lost during the great freeze in 1710 and only a few wild trees survived until Tamaya Gourmet began meticulously cultivating the variety in 2010.
