PLATFORM USE DRIVERSThe American Hospital Association’s personal membership groups: ASHE, AHE, and AHRMM. The American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), the Association for the Healthcare Environment (AHE), and the Association for Healthcare Resource and Materials Management (AHRMM) are personal membership groups of the American Hospital Association. Combined, they represent more than 17,000 professionals who are critical to managing sustainability efforts in the health care physical environment. These groups heavily promote the Sustainability Roadmap as a valuable resource to their members through their communication channels and annual conferences and exhibitions.

ASHE’s Energy to Care Program. ASHE established the Energy to Care program, which empowers health care professionals to achieve savings by benchmarking energy use and implementing practical projects known to achieve energy efficiency results. Energy to Care users are able to monitor their energy data and track their facilities’ performance via this robust program. For information about improvement measures, users are driven to the Sustainability Roadmap, which is the program’s primary resource for helping users implement projects to achieve greater building efficiency.
