BADGES AND TICKETS

When will I receive my meeting badge and tickets?

• You will receive your meeting badge and your pre-paid event tickets at the Advance Registration counter in Hall B of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Y b d i t ll t S t i ti k t If• Your badge is your access to all events. Some events require a ticket. If you lose your badge, you will have to purchase a new badge at the on-site registration fee.

• Only registered attendees may attend official functions or events of the Annual Meeting.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What is the meeting format? There are five different types of presentations at the MDRT AnnualMeeting:Meeting:

Main Platform – Large general assembly presentations where all attendees gather in one hall to hear alineup of back-to-back presentations. Topics cover MDRT Whole Person content and offer something foreveryone.

Focus Sessions – Smaller session rooms that feature one speaker/topic. These sessions are moretargeted and technical in nature. Each typically lasts one hour.

Idea Exchanges – Large group settings where a moderator allows individual audience members to sharetheir best sales, practice management or marketing ideas.

ConneXion Zone™ Presentations – Quick, 10- to 15-minute presentations in the ConneXion Zone.

Lunch and Breakfast Sessions – Ticketed (additional cost), sit-down meal events featuringone speaker or topic.

Outside the Box – This fun, new session track is designed to offer new networking opportunities toattendees. See your on-site program book for more information.

Top of the Table Sessions – Sessions open to all attendees that offer high-level, Top of the Table-caliber contentcaliber content.

Where can I find a schedule of events?

• Schedules are available at www.mdrt.org/2013am. On‐site, all attendees will be given a program book that provides the details of each day and presentation speakers. 

• If you bring a smartphone or tablet to the meeting, you can download the MDRT Event Guide. Visit your Android, Blackberry or Apple market, and search for the MDRT Event Guide.

At the MDRT Annual Meeting, you will see members wearing hats helping to greet members as they register, directing foot traffic, answering questions and offering guidance to attendees. These are volunteer members who have signed up to help the meeting run smoothly.

meet new people, get a behind‐the‐scene’s look at the 

MDRT Annual Meeting, and is the first step in getting 

involved in the MDRT Committee Leadership System.

• Program General Arrangements (PGA) – Member volunteers who help the meeting run smoothly. Anyone can volunteer  in the registration area for various jobs. 

• Top of the Table MDRT’s top member category which includes members• Top of the Table – MDRT s top member category, which includes members producing at least six times the MDRT production level. 

• Court of the Table – An MDRT member category that includes members producing at three times the MDRT production level. 

• First‐Time Attendee – Someone who has never attended an MDRT Annual Meeting. You can recognize them by their green meeting badge.

• Past Presidents – Can be recognized by their gold name badge and black blazer with MDRT logo.with MDRT logo. 

• Tweet Team – Member attendees who share their meeting experience via Twitter and other social media outlets. 

• MDRT Bands – Made up entirely of MDRT members, these bands can be found at t d i h ll b i i littl f d t t i t t d t devents and in halls bringing a little fun and entertainment to your day‐to‐day.

• Quarter Century Club –Members for 25 years or longer. There are special invitation‐only  f h bevents for these members. 

• First‐Time Experience (FTE) – A special kickoff session for first‐time attendees welcoming them to their first meeting. 

• Idea Exchange – Open‐mic sessions at the meeting where individual members can share a g p gquick idea with an audience. 

• Top of the Table Connect – At 7:45 a.m. on Sunday, June 9, the ConneXion Zone will open to all attendees for a special opportunity to learn from Top of the Table members. 

• MDRT Power Center Store MDRT’s store located in the ConneXion Zone where members• MDRT Power Center Store – MDRT s store located in the ConneXion Zone, where members can purchase books, audio and video of presentations, insignia items and meeting mementos. 

• ConneXion Zone – Located in Hall B, the ConneXion Zone offers quick presentations on ideas, t h l d d t M t ith hibit b k d MDRT l d It’technology and products. Meet with exhibitors, members, speakers and MDRT legends. It’s also a great place to connect with friends and have some fun. 

• MDRT Foundation – Located within the ConneXion Zone, this is where you can support the Promise Appeal or find out how you can qualify for a charitable grant  from the Foundation in your home town.

JUST FOR TOP OF THE TABLETOP OF THE TABLE

• Top of the Table golf shirts. This special gift shows Annual Meeting attendees you are a part of the prestigious Top of the Table and allows you to be recognized if they want to ask you questions. Get your shirts on Monday, June 10, at Top of the Table reception.  In exchange for your golf shirt ticket and select your size (quantities are limited). 

• On Tuesday, June 11, wear your new golf shirt. This allows attendees to recognize you and ask you questions, demonstrating why Top of the Table members are the best of the best.  

• Get a great spot with special reserved seating at Main Platform. Seats are guaranteed up to 10 minutes prior to start of Main Platform. Look for the light blue seat covers, or ask a PGA member for help.
