All these make China the second largest offshore outsourcing destination globally.
Since reform and opening up, the biopharmaceutical industry has witnessed a rapid growth In the past 3 decades, epically the recent ten years. In 2012, China’s pharmaceutical industry is expected to realize a gross output value of 1.88 trillion RMB, total profit of 185 billion RMB and export delivery value 155 billion RMB. China has been the first BPC manufacturing and exporting country and the third largest pharmaceutical market in the world.
After the 18th NCCPC, a series of new beneficial policies has been released which will accelerate the industrial structure adjustment of pharmaceutical industry, increase its supply capability and international competitiveness and promote its healthy and sustainable development.

Suzhou, as the economic, foreign trade, industrial and commercial, logistical, cultural, art, educational and traffic center of Jiangsu province, has the largest population and is the most prosperous city in Jiangsu. Wuhan, the political, economic and cultural center as well as capital of Hubei Province locates at the middle part

Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone -----Car Capital of China
The zone was built starting from May 1991, and had gained the permission of NDRC to set up the
National Auto and Auto Parts Export Base in August 2006 and built the National Ecological
Industrial Park under the supports from Ministry of Environmental Protection, Ministry of Science
and Technology and Ministry of Commerce in April 2011. So far the zone has had a planning area
of 202.7 square kilometers with the building area of 100 square kilometers.

Exploration Taicang Biopharma Industry Park
Taicang, a town under Suzhou municipality, Jiangsu province has 0.9 million population, and the total
area is 822.9 square kilometers, with the land area 649 square kilometers. It is a new harbor city as
well as the China’s Top ten county-level city. It takes only one hour to go Shanghai, and it is at the
central place of Yangtze River Delta Economy Zone.
Taicang biopharmaceutical industry as the strategic new industry supported by municipal party

pharmaceutical companies, among which 24 companies are large scale ones. In 2011, the output
value of pharmaceutical industry was 3.53 billion RMB, a year on year increase of 15.9%. And the

The pharmaceutical industry in Taicang has basically formed an integrated industrial chain consisted
