Brief outline of Session How  much   iron   is  in   an   iron   tablet?  Additionally:  Why  do  people   take   iron  tablet  supplements?  You  will  carry  out  some  experimental  work.

Brief outline of Session The  session  will  involve  the  analysis  of  a  variety  of  movements  from  different  sporting  activities  with  students  examining  the  anatomy,  physiology  and  mechanics  that  enable  the  action  to  be  performed.    The  muscle  groups,  bones,  movement  terms  and  alignment  of  the  body  parts  will  be  covered.    There  will  be  a  mixture  of  classroom  work  and  practical  activity;  please  bring  your  sports  kit.
