SPArties® is a service that comes into any location, for any occasion, andcompletely transforms it into a day spa. “Not just technicians, buttransformations,” SPArties provides ambiance, décor, linens, robes & slippers,along with attention to detail and personalized pampering, through superior customerservice. A SPArty is an experience like no other...

Our menu and policies work exactly like catering, but rather than serving food,we are providing spa services.

For SPArtiers who want an entire spa party, we suggest one of the packageswithin our Complete SPArty Setup option (page 4), which in addition to yourservices, include all of our amenities and extra bonuses to completely transform yourlocation into a spa and provide your guests with personalized service. SPArtiesoffers you several packages to choose from that include these amenities:

The Super or Standard SPArty Packages for 1-15 guests (page 5) arejust like ordering from a restaurant menu. Each guest selects their own individualpacakge or service, along with all the other amenities and bonuses included. Just likeany other delivery service, you must place your order in advance, so we may prepare itfor you.

For larger groups, we suggest one of our reduced rate SPArty Sensation orSPArty Sampler Packages (page 5) which works like a catered banquet.SPArties sets up stations for all of your guests to receive each of the same services.In order to receive the lower group rates, when making your reservation your contractwill hold you responsible for the minimum amount of guests in the package youchoose. On the day of your event, SPArties will honor the amount of services youpurchased, regardless of dropouts or no shows.

With the Complete SPArty Setup, SPArties will provide you with unlimitedmanagement and consulting, from the moment you contract your event, right on through atthe SPArty itself. Our experienced team of professionals will consult with you, in advance,to develop a detailed plan, and guaranteed contract, working with you throughout theentire planning process to transform ANY location, providing everything needed to makeit look, feel, smell, and sound like a day spa... therefore, we recommend one of thosepackages to truly experience a SPArty; however other options are certainly available:

SPArties accommodates those who simply want to add spa stations to any eventthat you are already having by hiring any of our Technicians by the Hour(page 6) or selecting some of our A La Carte Services. These options do NOTinclude the Complete SPArty Setup, but rather they are a simplified way tosample just our spa services.

For those with more “selective” spa appetites, SPArties will also Customizeany event for both groups and individuals.

At any time you can “Buy Now and SPArty Later” by purchasing yourpackages in advance and selecting the date of your event at a later time, whenever youor your group is ready to schedule your services. Standard Spa ServicesSpa ReTREATment Relaxation - Lay comfortably reclined with a warmaromatherapy neck wrap topped with a cool lavender compress, while our“soothing sound” velvet eye shades take you into a meditative state; all whilereceiving either a soothing scalp or hand massage. The ultimate relaxation!Does not require disrobing, nor messes hair or make-up.

Full-Body Swedish Table Massage - (This treatment takes a minimum of 30 minutes)Includes the intentional and systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of thebody to enhance health and healing. Joint movements and stretching arecommonly performed as part of this relaxing and stimulating treatment.Not available for those undergoing chemotherapy or in the 1st trimester of pregnancy.

Chair Massage - Enjoy the benefits of a head, neck, back and shouldermassage without laying on a table or disrobing.

Massage in Motion - Guests at your SPArty can enjoy the benefits of amini-massage as our technicians move around your venue providing head,neck, shoulder, hand or foot massages wherever your guests stop to socialize!

Hand or Foot Reflexology - Massage is applied to specific areas on thehands and feet to promote a response from areas far removed from thetissue stimulated via the nervous system. Aromatherapy scrubs may be added.

Mani or Pedissage - (These treatments take a minimum of 30 minutes each)Warm herbal towels are placed on the hands and arms or legs and feet,followed by an exfoliating scrub, deep penetrating masque, soothing massageand cooling herbal mist spray. For our customers health as well as the statelicensing requirements, there is never any cutting, trimming or filing of nailsduring our mani/pedi services. This is simply a “feel good” service. We donot do ar tificial nails of any kind, wraps, fill-ins, or gels.Reflexology & Pedissage are NOT available for pregnant women.

Facial Treatment - (2 hour combined minimum per location... this treatment

takes a minimum of 30 minutes) Included in this relaxing and thorough cleansingtreatment is a personal skin care analysis, skin exfoliation, steaming, mask,toning and moisturizing facial massage.

Complete SPArty Setup - Decor, ambiance, unlimited consulting,management, etc. Please see page 4 for all that is included in this option.Packages that already include these amenities can be found on page 5.

Important Message to Consumers:

Manicures & Pedicures are ILLEGAL on a mobile basis.They can NOT be provided outside of a stationary spa/salon.

State Health Regulations - In compliance with various stateregulations, not all services are available in every location: It is illegal toperform full Manicures/Pedicures (considered cosmetology) and certainfacials outside of a stationary salon/spa. In compliance with the statelaws (FL, NJ, NY, & PA in particular, in which it IS illegal) and to maintainour high-quality standards, as well as for our customers’ safety, SPArtiesdoes NOT perform those particular services. For our customers health,as well as the state licensing requirements, there is never any cutting,trimming or filing of nails during our mani/pedi services. This is simplya “feel good” service. We do not do artificial nails of any kind, wraps,fill-ins, or gels. As a consumer, please be aware that any other mobileoperation doing so is performing them ILLEGALLY and has not passedan inspection to come on to YOUR location, and therefore, you are ata greater risk for unsanitary conditions and the spread of infection,including HIV, AIDS and tuberculosis. Although the techniciansthemselves or their STATIONARY salon may be “licensed,” YOURlocation, or the establishment in which the nail services will be given in,must pass an inspection and be a “licensed nail salon/shop” in order tohave any nail services done there. Most private homes, hotels, andbusinesses do not undergo such inspections; and therefore, do notcarry such a license. Please note that in addition to charging you forillegal services, they are also subject to large fines and cease anddesist actions towards their business and possibly your event. Forfurther verification on these regulations, please contact your stateCosmetology Board or Department of Business and ProfessionalRegulations, or visit our web site to read the official statues and warningmessages from the Department of Consumer Affairs. Additionally,Massage therapists must be licensed (FL & NY) or certified (NJ) in thestate in which they are providing services and may be verified throughthe AMTA or local state boards. SPArties provides massage services inall states in which we operate.

SPArties is a hospitality service, similar to catering, therefore, packages/services must be purchasedin advance. A non-refundable deposit and credit card to keep on record is required to reserve alldates/times, insure any incidentals and outstanding balances, draft your contract, and begin theComplete SPArty Setup planning process, regardless of your final payment method (includingcash, check or certified check). ALL balances, in full, are due in advance of your event and areautomatically charged to the credit card on record, unless other payment options are agreed uponin writing. Once reserved, SPArties deposits, services and packages, may not be cancelled, refunded,or downgraded, but they are transferable more than 30 days out, with no penalties. Within 30 daysof your event, penalties apply for any changes in dates or services. They may, at any time, beupgraded or additional services may be added. Nothing may be “held” without adhering to thefollowing deposit guidelines for each package or A La Carte option:• Buy Now/SPArty Later: Just like gift certificates, individual packages for any guest may be purchased at any

time for all events. It is good to take advantage of this option when we are running sales on our package prices.• To only reserve a specific date or time: If you do not know which packages you want, but you know

the date and time of your event, you may reserve it with a $600 non-refundable deposit, or combined totalin package purchases of at least $600. This deposit will be applied towards your event and any packagesthat you choose. This holds only the date, it does NOT reserve the packages, services or amount of staffrequired to service your final event. The specific packages that you want must also be reserved in orderto guarantee those services.

• (1-15 guests) Super SPArty & Standard SPArty Packages (Includes the Complete SPArty Setup Amenities):(There is a $1000 total minimum in packages, including any add-on services, for this event. If the$1000 minimum is not met, your event will be downgraded to simply include the A La Carte Servicesand merchandise that you purchased, but not the additional Complete SPArty Setup amenities.)A $600 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a Standard SPArty event for 1-15 guests. This depositwill be applied towards your event and any packages that you choose. All additional packages/servicesMUST be purchased in advance in order to ensure the staff availability for your event; those not purchased/reserved in advance will not be guaranteed for the date of the event. A contract will be drafted in one personor organization’s name who will serve as the hostess. It is not recommended; however each guest maypay individually, if necessary (Separate checks.) Packages or services added after the final headcount/balance due date will incur additional rush charges.

• (16 or more guests) SPArty Sensation Package, SPArty Sampler Packages, or Customized Events(Includes the Complete SPArty Setup Amenities): A 50% non-refundable deposit of the minimumamount for the package you choose is required in order to reserve the SPArty date, time, and package. Acontract will be drafted in one person or organization’s name who will serve as the hostess. Each guestmay NOT pay SPArties individually since we will not divide the check with large groups; but rather theywill pay their portion directly to the hostess in accordance with whatever payment arrangements they makewith the guests. Guests, packages or services added after the final headcount/balance due date will incuradditional rush charges.

• Per Tech & A La Carte Services By the Hour: To reserve any date and time for just a technician(s) aMINIMUM non refundable deposit of $220 is required per tech. This holds JUST a technician for your dateand time, and does NOT include an entire spa party or anything in the Complete SPArty Setup. SPArties canNOT guarantee any spa parties or Complete SPArty Setup material if it is not reserved in advance accordingto the policies for those packages. Any additional consultation, coordination, management and additionsmade after the initial order, including but not limited to phone calls, e-mails, faxes and administrativecoordination, will be billed a consulting fee (in addition to the services being altered/ordered) and will becharged directly to the credit card on record, unless other arrangements are made in writing. If thosearrangements are not met, then the credit card on record will be charged by default.

• SPArty deposits, packages and services are non-refundable, but are transferable and may be rescheduled,free of charge, up to 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Within 30 days of your scheduled event, youmay reschedule the date or service for a fee dependant on your contracted SPArty.

• While we do our best to accommodate you, SPArties can not guarantee that additional staff or servicesabove and beyond what is required for the package that you have originally reserved, will be available foryour event if you do not secure them in advance; including any additions that you may add on your finalheadcount date.

• SPArties accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and bank debit cards.• A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks and the final outstanding payment will then be charged

to the credit card on record.• Final payment of SPArty packages, a la carte services, or unreturned SPArty items or property becomes the

responsibility of the hostess for any guest who does not provide payment or credit card information.

Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policy:It is recommended to reserve your SPArty a minimum of 6-8 weeks in advance.

Prime bridal and holiday seasons may require additional notice. Additional rush fees may apply.
