1. After saving rating method click ‘View/Edit Rating Method

• An evaluations can contain both goals and competencies. If ‘Goal Evaluation’ is checked in step 7 (slide 14) a few additional steps are required. Next slide documents these extra steps that needs to be defined for goals.
• As soon as ‘Ongoing Evaluation’ is checked, the evaluation becomes visible for the assesses and assessors.
