ONIRU 2G_3G REPORT was done on 4th May, 2013 Data was collected using TEMs investigation 12.1.0 MS 1 2G and MS 2 on 3G. In this report, GSM RAN performance are described according to different RF measurements, MS Rx-
Level / RSCP, MS Rx-Quality / ECNO , RAN KPI’s like CDR (Dropped Calls) and Blocked Calls.

Poor quality due to Adjacent Channel Interference on the serving cell LG3127B(BCCH-83) and cell U0903C(BCCH-84).Down tilting of 903C can help to reduce its inference level in the area.

OBSERVATION 1.The dominant 3G cell in the area is LG2891W. 2. POOR Coverage AND QUALITY WAS EXPERIENCED in MOST PARTS OF THE estate. 3. POOR DATA Throughput OBSERVED WITHIN ONIRU ESTATE. RECOMMENDATION. 1. PLANNED SITES LG2210 & LG2800 ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE BROUGHT ON AIR ON 3G TO
IMPROVE COVERAGE WITHIN ONIRU ENVIRONS WHICH WOULD SUBSEQUENTLY IMPROVE DATA THROUGHPUT. Refer to slide 4 for site locations.
