Back ground Negligence towards the foot and poor
knowledge about footwear makes people present foot complications, resulting in amputations. Diabetics especially, suffering from neurological and circulation problems present with various foot problems. Pressure distribution is the main criteria where special orthotics can help. So this trail was made to accomadate new practices .

results
Patients computer foot scan was repeated Showed significant pressure relief
compared to previous scans Tests pre and post was done bare foot 4 patients there was no follow up because
of other medical reasons (plasto users) 1 patient droped out of study(plasto users) 49 patients showed similar improvements
Mcp and cork as replacement to plastazote 10mm insoles
Conclusion Healing period was similar to 10mm
plastazote insole compared to mcp with cork .- plastazote-10mm- Micro Cellular Polymer - Cork
