Records Retention

• Keep all test records for 1 year, and all must be available to AHJ

• Design documentation must be kept for the life of the system

• All new systems require a records cabinet at the FACU or another approved location, all documentation must be stored there

• A copy of site specific, non volatile, non-erasable, non-rewritable software must be provided the Owner
