will get your mind and body in the spirit of “fitmas”!
Christmas Movie Cardio: Take some time to visit the fitness
center and complete a cardio challenge while enjoying your
favorite holiday movies.
O “Fitmas” Tree: Create a personalized
workout by selecting a
variety of bulbs off the
Christmas tree. The
bulbs will have a
variety of exercises &
intensities.
Rockin’ Around the
Zumba Tree: Take the
"work" out of workout,
by mixing low-intensity
and high-intensity
moves for an interval-
style, calorie-burning
holiday dance fitness
party.
“Know Your
Noggin”: Take a blind
taste test of healthy
eggnog varieties and
learn how to make
them for all your
holiday parties!
Santa’s Naughty/Nice
List Workout: Stop by
the fitness center to see
if you have made the
Naughty or Nice list!
Follow exercises that
correspond with the
letters in your name to
get in your perfect
holiday workout!
“The Merry
Mistletoe Mile”: Take a break from
the grind and
walk/jog/run the
Mistletoe Mile with
your friends—who
knows you may even
get a “kiss” at the
end
Elves Workshop
Workout: This full-
body circuit will show
you how those elves
stay in shape to work
those late holiday
hours!
Winter Wonderland
Water Aerobics: Take
the opportunity to try
out our water aerobics
class that meets every
Monday, Wednesday,
and Friday times a
week completely free of
charge!
Reindeer Dashes: No matter what your

this interval cardio
workout will be just
what you need!
