Can wall be split into two movable partitions (move doors to room corners) to create potential conference room flexibility?

Attach door frame to column for increased equipment space

Please explain reasoning for offset door … again?

Align door with N-S Hall for equipment moving ease. (Add 2’ more from column.)

Expectations

Assignments & Sub-Projects: Each question / project component is graded on a 10 point

basis. Each assignment is equally weighted.

Exams: Exams are open Engineering notebook; and closed textbook

and homework. Necessary tables are identified, and may be provided.

Final Project: Project is a team effort – but an adjustment may be made for

significant individual contribution above/below team mean. Project Presentation will be given during last week of the

course. Project Report will be due by 12:00 Noon, Wed., 16 DEC.

Expectations

Due Dates / Late Work:Assignments and project work are due at the start

of class on the due date (see Schedule page).

Late assignments will receive 90% of the earned credit until 5:00 PM on the day of the deadline, and will be graded and returned at instructor convenience. Work submitted after that will not be accepted.

Expectations

Make-up Work:Make-Up work is the student’s responsibility, and is

arranged at the lecturer’s discretion. Policies:

Foreseeable Circumstances - contact the lecturer as far in advance as possible

(e-mail, after class).

Unforeseeable Circumstances - contact the lecturer as soon as practical

(leave phone message).

Expectations

Academic Honesty:OK to work together on Individual HW

as long as what appears on your sheet is your work, your words, and your writing

OK to work together on Team HWteam members may do individual parts and

combine them

Exams are always individual work

What to do for the Project?

Some Options:1. Everyone teams on the same “canned” facility

Existing data collection Individual motivation

2. Teams work on CICHME facility Competition prizes Competition framework

3. Teams work on selected “Real World” facilities Data collection Professionalism

4. Teams work on selected campus facilities Data collection Individual motivation
