First you buy phone calls and texts for your users/staff.

It’s £10 a month each - and they can use the unlimited calls on their mobiles or desk-phones, so you don’t need to worry where they are calling from.

You may have a mixture of mobile users and “office only” desk-based users that don’t need a mobile.

You can add-on mobile data for those that need it. This allowance is sharable across all users.

Example prices are :• £8 per month per user for 1GB

of mobile data. So, if you wanted to add 10 users with mobile data you would get 10GB of data to share for £80

• £25 per month for 5GB of mobile data – so again, if you add 10 users you would get 50GB of data for £250 to share

Mobiles and desk-phones are integrated into one common phone system in the cloud, so you can manage and transfer calls between them all, have a single voicemail box, set up hunt groups across fixed and mobile.

Because your phone system is in the cloud, you no longer need a physical phone system. And because calls securely route over the internet, you also no longer need traditional phone lines.

Your unlimited broadband line gives your office high speed internet and access to your Cloud phone system

If you need to buy new mobiles and IP desk-phones these can be expensive to buy upfront. BT can create a device fund that would enable you to spread the cost of your device needs over the contract term as a monthly payment.

Example prices over a 24 month term

£ per user per month

iPhone 7 32Gb £20

iPhone 5S 16GB £10

IP desk-phone £5

Finally you can have this on a single contract and single bill charged at a per user level

You would also be able to manage your estate via an online self-service portal

Certain services don’t fit a per user model like broadband as the relationship is more at a premises level rather than to an employee e.g. you don’t have 1 broadband per employee, you normally have 1 broadband for your office

These would sit outside the per user model. We call this “price per premise”.
