Objective #1:Participants will be introduced to the role & expectations of a Quality of Life Coach A- A Quality of Life Coach engages in the
practice of supporting a person they serve by supporting & guiding team members & co-workers through a series of learning experiences paired with tools to influence beliefs, practices & actions (Must Haves).

Objective #1:Participants will be introduced to the role & expectations of a Quality of Life Coach B- A Qol Coach will use a range of learning
experiences & tools to help DD professionals shift their perspectives and thereby discover different solutions to support the people they serve to achieve their hopes & dreams.

Objective #1:Participants will be introduced to the role & expectations of a Quality of Life Coach
C-The Quality of Life Coach asks questions and challenges members of the service delivery system to find answers from within himself/herself based on their values, preferences and past experiences.

D- OACB QoL Coach facilitators will provide positive support & feedback to their co-worker & members of their organization. Feedback will include gently addressing the brutal facts of service delivery models & professional actions that are not respectful. One of the key outcomes of an OACB QoL Coach is to improve the personal effectiveness of DD professionals while impacting the well being of people served by the organization.

Objective # 1:Participants will be introduced to the role & expectations of a Quality of Life Coach E- Additional outcomes of a QoL Coach are to
enhance strategic thinking, positively dealing with conflict, and building an effective team
An OACB QoL Coach may use engaging questions for self-assessment & reflection. The Coach facilitates discussion to enable DD professionals & teams to take action to help people they serve to have an improved quality of life.

wearing a Green Hat. The purpose of the Green Hat is to create
clarity and focus for each professional to be supportive, positive, optimistic and focused on supporting people we serve to have a good life.
When wearing the conceptual Green Hat a professional will:
