Coaching Philosophy
• Students First, Players SecondIf you don’t perform in the classroom, you can’t perform on the field. Goal: 3.0 GPA
Attendance is Expected!24 hour notice before any scheduled practice/meeting. Must be a valid excuse. (doctor’s note, emergencies) Player must notify Coach directly.
Practices & WorkoutsShow up 10-15 minutes before start time ready to go. Want to get better!
Together + Commitment Only way to be successful is working together as a team inside and outside of practice.
Be committed to the team and the schedule that is put forth.

• Equipment• Team Helmet: CPX-R preferred, Pro7 - Matte Grey and Royal blue chin
• Gloves - Plano West Colors - Royal Blue and White, Royal Blue and Black
• Pads: Shoulder, Elbow and a Cup! No Cup, No Play!
• Mouth Guards (and 3 spares), No mouth guard, No Play!

Uniform Fall “uniform” is reversible practice jersey & solid black
athletic shorts
Game jerseys issued for the spring season are owned by club • Distributed in Spring and returned at end of season
• Replacement cost - $55.00
All players will receive a reversible practice jersey, 2 new shooting shirts, helmet stickers if needed, 2 pair of game shorts
Jersey Number will match on all items.

HS Program Costs
Goals:
Keep registration costs flat from 2014-15
Supplement with Fundraising to cover shortages
Bundle costs to avoid ‘one-off’ billing throughout year
Annual registration fee of $2000 Payable in 8 monthly installments of $250
$750 for fall only $1250 for spring only
Travel Info
• Travel Expenses are included in registration fees• Austin Trip – first weekend of Spring Break• Club covers:
• Transportation – bus & van rentals• Hotel Accommodations• Meals• Team activity
• Travel will be limited to 1 trip per year that does not require air travel.
• Opportunities may arise for out-of-town play and will be handled as optional out-of-pocket travel.
