- Please note that all our products are subject to availability- Once your deposit has been paid there will be no refunds of any sort unless the supplier (best day ever) was for some reason unable to source the products of your choice.- Once designs have been sent through and approved by the client, best day ever will under no circumstances be held liable for any spelling or colour mistakes- Once the designs have been sent through and approved there will be no space for more changes to be made.- Best day ever will not be held liable for any damaged items that have been couriered to clients once it has le� our premises. Please ask us about our insurance op�on should something go wrong.- We do not take responsibility for any clothing that do not fit - if you are unsure about sizes please ask us for a guide.

Frequently asked questions- How do I place an order : Please send us an email to info@bestday.co.za with the products, quan�ty We will then send you a quote via our accoun�ng app WAVE. Please also check your spam for this.Once you have paid your 100% deposit we will send you an informa�on email to complete.Final designs will also be sent for approval before we proceed with prin�ng. - How long do orders usually take : Our orders usually take betweet 10 and 15 working days depending on the content of your order andhow busy we are at that stage.

- Do you offer courier services :Yes we do , depending on how busy we are at that stage there will be an extra fee between R50 and R100

- How do the designs work :We will send you some of our pre designed op�ons to choose form. From there we will amend the designs to fit your needs and send to you for final approval. Once approved by the client no changes will be allowed to make.

- Are your shirts normal sizes: We do have different suppliers for our shirts and other garments so sizing does change from supplier to supplier. If you are unsure - please ask us to send you the size guide for the items you have ordered.
