Work towards a mechanism for the collection, validation, scaling up and transferring of good practices to address Chronic Diseases, multi-morbidity and diabetes.

Health in Horizon 2020 :
First calls of the Work Programme 2014-2015 adopted on 11th December 2013: € 1,2 billion for health.
Overall “Health, demographic change and wellbeing” allocated approximately € 7.47 billion out of € 77 billion for the whole Horizon 2020 (2014-2020).
The Annual Work Plan 2014 will be submitted for informal consultation to the Programme Committee of the previous HP 2008-2013 and adoption by the College.
This is expected to be done pending the adoption of the Programme Regulation and positive opinion of the new Programme Committee established.
Publication of AWP and Programme Regulation are expected quasi-simultaneously in April/early May.
