• Listed on the Main Market of the Malaysia stock exchange on 4 February 1974

• Franchise holder and exclusive distributor of: o Nissan (including Vietnam, Laos , Cambodia &
Myanmar); and o Infiniti (including Vietnam) and Renault in
Malaysia.
• Extensive number of sales branches and authorised dealers nationwide, and supported by after-sales service centres.
• Franchise holder and exclusive distributor of UD trucks and buses.
• One of the leading commercial vehicle distributors in Malaysia.

Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (“ETCM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TCMH, is the sales and marketing arm of Nissan vehicles in Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.
Also the authorised distributors for Infiniti (including Vietnam) and Renault vehicles and UD trucks/buses in Malaysia.

Business Division – Assembly & Manufacturing
Under Tan Chong Motor Assemblies Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of TCMH
Assemble Nissan, Subaru and Mitsubishi motor vehicles, and commercial vehicles under UD and Foton in Malaysia
2nd largest non-national car assembler in Malaysia with an annual production capacity of 38,000 units (single shift)
Began operations in 1976 in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. The plant with capacity of 9 J.P.H can produce 20,000 vehicles a year in single shift.
Another Nissan dedicated assembly plant in Serendah, Selangor with initial investment of RM230 million in 2007 has 8 J.P. H capacity and can produce 18,000 units a year in single shift. The capacity will be increased to 20 J.P.H. by the 2nd Q of 2014
In June 2013, a multi-brand Danang (central Vietnam) assembly plant came into operation.
TCMH also have manufacturing plants for press metal parts, aluminum die cast, machining components and vehicle accessories & parts
