(2) For purposc of this paragraph, confidcntial Information is anyinformation in the Authority's possoscion thst-

(a) has bccn declarpd conlidcntial by thc Authority;

(b) is tcchnically or commercially scnsitivc and not atrcrdylewfully in thc public domain;

(c) the disclosure of which might advcrsely alfcct thc cor4petitivcposition of any pcrson; or

(d) is dercrmined to bc confidcntial undcr any applica.blc law.
