IN EXERCISEof the powers conferred by regulation 8 of the Kenya (Electoral Provisions) (Elections) Regulations, 1963, the Gover-norhereby directs that the poll shall be taken, in the House of Representatives constituencies specified in the first column of the Scheduleto this Notice—
