(a) that all restrictive clauses in the agreements between SafaricomLimited and its Mobile Money Transfer Agents be expungedimmediately, but in any event not later than 18th July,2Ol4;

(b) that the Mobile Money Agents be at liberty to transact theMobile Money Transfer Businesses of any other mobilemoney transfer service providers;

(c) that oversight by Safaricom Limited be thereafter limited toits business with the Agentsl and
