High Resolution at Good Penetration
SUBPRO 1210 Sub Bottom Profiler
The SUBPRO 1210 breaks the limitations of
existing SBPs
SBP e.g. linear-, chirp-, parametric systems:
- high resolution means a low bottom penetration
- good bottom penetration means low resolution
- limitations at operation in shallow water
- low detection probability of embedded objects and
sediments
- different SBP tasks require different SBP systems

SUBPRO 1210 is…
• a high quality, universal system for wide range of sub bottom surveying tasks
• fulfils the requirements for most sub bottom surveying tasks in only one system
• developed for shallow to medium water depth• suitable for all sizes of survey-vessels or
ships as a portable or in-hull mounted system• a complete measuring system and easy to
integrate in complex survey systems • sufficient from survey to the scientific market
andfrom helmsman to experienced survey engineer

- Flexible system for universal survey tasks
- Highest Productivity for a fast result generation and
presentation
- Based on the same data set very different survey goals
are achievable
- Reduced surveying effort and survey time
- Due to the separation in two units, more flexibility for
installation on the bridge/operation room
- Higher protection of the investment, due to
echosounder independent upgrade possibility of the
controller PC
