A Trip to the Zoo

Dear Parents, We are planning a Kindergarten field trip to the zoo! We will be going on Monday, May 7th. On that day, A-Track and B-Track will be going to the zoo. We will come in the morning at the regular school time of 8:55 a.m. We'll be leaving for the zoo as close to 9:15 a.m. as possible. In order to make this an enjoyable experience for your children, I will need to take along a few parent helpers. I need at least five parent helpers. If all of the slots are filled and you would like to go to the zoo with us, you may drive up and meet us there. If you are interested in going with us, please check below and return the note. Distr ict pol icy wi l l not al low preschoolers to go on the bus for a f ie ld tr ip with us . Here are just a few notes to help make this trip successful:

• Be sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather. • Students get in free! Do NOT send extra spending money with your child. • Pack a lunch for your child. Please make everything disposable so when lunch is

over we can throw everything away. Remember to label the sack lunch. • We will return by 2:00 p.m. Please make arrangements for your child to be
