SECTION 0 GENERAL DESCRIPTION A. Electric Drilling Rig 1. The design and manufacture of the rig follow the principle of advanced, reliable, safe and usable. The whole performance should completely comply with the international standard. 2. Drilling Rig is to be designed and manufactured in accordance with API Standard & Related Standards as Q1, AWS, ASTM, NACE, API RP series, NEC, ISO9001 & others related International Standards. The all main components of rig are in accordance with API Specifications & Official API monograms Standards IEEE Institute of Electrical and Electrics Engineers. 3. We adopt advanced and reliable technology in the world. It promotes the performance of assembling parts and auxiliary parts. 4. Conforms to the requirements of HSE, the rig have a good performance on the proof of explosion, leaking, wetting, cold and high temperature. The surface of the main structure should be required sandblasting. The bottom painting is F53-31. 5. The drilling rig equipments and the blocks are assembled and delivered entirely. It will be convenient for adjusting. 6. All the apparatus adopt international units and English units (Mpa/Psi) and all the signs are noted in English and Chinese. 7. Drill line whiplash and waves are absorbed by the roller block and transmitted through the guide body to the hanging assembly, where they are dissipated. SECTION 2 SUBSTRUCTURES A. 1 set Substructure DZ450/10.5-X The design and manufacture conforms to API 4F standard. Min. floor height is 3m when it locates at low position. Two buffer cylinders for substructure and two buffer cylinders for mast lifting and lowering. Corrugated V-door pipe ramp, escape slide , 2 B-type snub lines piles, 2 air winch base, 3 stairs which one is on right (face drawworks) to 1# mud tank, one is on rear floor to ground level, the other is adjacent to V-door ramp, the width of each stair is 800mm. There is a 60mt capacity hydraulic BOP handling system under the beam; a 4m3 rig air reservoir located on the rear of substructure. V-door has DP rest floor, complete with three protect chains. Drill floor has 150mm high kick plates around drilling floor, less than 5mm clearance from floor. Handrail adopts 50X50 square steel section; the entrances on ladders have two pieces safety chains. After laying, keeping leveling with drilling floor surface. Three surfaces of square wood are set mud diversion trench. Air Tugger Mounting Two air wrench support bases are installed in the both sides of drilling floor with pin shaft bush. One is fixed in the end of catwalk for air wrench support base of catwalk. Handrail The drilling floor around is installed handrails besides doghouse, adopt 50X50 square pipes, the height is 1.07m, with 150mmhigh safety plate below it. V-Door Ramp One (1) 6 (1.8m) wide V-door inclined ramp, extending horizontal at 3-6 (1070mm) elevation above ground level. The ramp is made of 14mm thick steel. Stairs Two (2) sets of stairs extend from the drill floor to ground level; one set extends from drill floor to Mud Tank top. Stairs are complete with grip strut serrated grating treads and square pipe handrails BOP Beams Set of two (2) 30 ton capacity each, BOP beams designed to pin to the underside of the substructure and support the BOP. BOP handling equipment is mounted under the substructure. Pollution Package One set of drip pans around setback and rotary table, the mud on drill floor are gathered to drip pans, and then gathering into bell mouth below drill floor EMERGENCY EGRESS One 2.5 wide safety slide for emergency egress; rig floor to ground level. Set a push/pull door facing to rotary table, set one door open for inside facing dynamic force area, the third is open-style, and set the joint location of hydraulic lifter on the left. Right doghouse is divided into three compartments, there are two compartments with closing structure on the left, one is for storing, and the other is repairing. The third-9-

Consists of frame, main sheave and shaft assembly complete with rope jump guards, fast line sheave and shaft assembly,. SECTION 8 MUD SOLID CONTROL SYSTEM A. General description The system is composed six tank of 320 m3 (2000bbls) and equipped with shale shaker, vacuum degasser, centrifuge, mud cleaner, agitator, mud gun, mud mixing system and necessary accessories. There also set four sets of clear water tanks, all tank surfaces are equipped with anti-rain shed. Shale tank has four compartments of 40m3 including measuring compartment, sanding compartment, desanding & degassing compartment and pump compartment. Measuring compartment capacity is 10m3. Tank top is equipped with four shale shakers, one vacuum degasser and one agitator. There are one desanding pump in pump compartment. The lower part of sanding compartment is closing type and one measuring pump is installed. Desanding & desilting tank has four compartments of 57m3 including pump compartments, desilting compartment, centrifuge compartment and storing compartment. One desanding & desilting cleaner and one middle-speed centrifuge are installed on the top of tank, which equipped with three agitators. Pump compartment is at the end and equipped with one desilting pump. Intermediate tank is 60m3 and divided into three compartments (two storing compartments and one centrifuge compartment). Tank top is installed with one VF speed-regulation centrifuge and equipped with three agitators. One mud laboratory3.5mx2.0mX2.5m is installed on the right side near to centrifuge, which is divided into two compartments. One is mud laboratory including clean-water reservoir, working table and water in/out system; the other compartment has eye wash station and sprinkle system. Mud tank is 47m3 and divided into three compartments including storing compartment, weighting compartment and pump compartment. Tank top has one tiltable weighting material shelf, two jetting hoppers and two agitators. Two weighting sand pumps are installed in pump compartment. Reserve tank (also shearing tank) is 55m3 and divided into three compartments including shearing compartment, reserve compartment and pump compartment. Tank surface has one cyclone hoppers and three agitators. There set one shearing pump in pump compartment. Suction tank is 56m3 and has three agitators on tank surface. Three mud pumps are connected with this tank and suct mud by suction pipline. Four clear water tanks are in line on the rear of mud mixing tank. Total capacity of two water tanks nearing mud mixing tank are 55 m3 and composed of pump compartment and water tank. The other two tanks are 60 m3. The connection among the four tanks is finished by clear water pipelines. The transportation into each position on site is done by water pump. One liquid-gas separator are on the end of shale shaker tank and connected with diverting pipeline, chock pipeline and flow line. Anti-rain shed is made of steel with 3mm arc top. Each shed top can be integral hoisted and removed. The top and body takes 100mm squard steel pipes as support and fixed with pin roll. The top connection is done by cover plate. Lighting devices and wiring pipe are installed on the shed top and neednt be removed during transportation. Anti-rain shed is equipped with transportation sleigh which is convenient for packing and transportating. Main parameters and performance: Each tank is located on an oil field type skid.
