8. ZipDial Opt-in Channel:
• ZipDial will offer a missed call number to the client. • To target the existing users, Zipdial will push SMS to the database of the users (NDND users
after DND scrub) and in the SMS Zipdial will include missed call number. • The user missed call on the number to opt-in. • SMS is sent to the user letting him know that he's opted-in and to opt out he needs to
Zipdial 'X'. • ZipDial shares the opt-in and opt-out the user list with the client CRM. • Customer Portal - Through the portal, the client can track the metrics - Number of SMSs
pushed, Number of Missed calls, i.e. % of opt-in and opt-out. • ZipDial exposes an SMS pipe to the client through which the client can send the dynamic
SMS to the users. • Customer Portal - The client can see the metrics of the users who responded to the
reminder SMS (Include missed call number in the SMS text). • Customer Portal - Through the portal, the client can create communities and push static
