TRANSCRIPT
Known for becoming one of the first to master ultra-high stock density grazing, Johann Zietsman is a cattle producer from Zimbabwe who believes great grazing management and great livestock are critical to profitable ranching. His ideal “8-in-5 package” body type for cattle led him to develop a breed called “Veldmaster” that, above all, are known for their efficiency under difficult conditions. Zietsman also authored the book “Man, Cattle and Veld” and is a well-known holistic management practioner.
