DIGITIZED MANUSCRIPT AT IIUMDAR AL-HIKMAH LIBRARY

This database contains digitizedmanuscripts available at the IIUM Daral-Hikmah library. The initiative todevelop this repository of digitizedmanuscripts has started since year2019 to enable library users andresearchers to see snippets of ourcollections. Our collection consists oforiginal manuscripts in book format aswell as in microform formats. Sincethese collections are located in twodifferent campuses, i.e. Dar al-HikmahLibrary, Gombak Campus (Gombak)and Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas(SMNA) Library, KL Campus (KL),there is a need to develop a singlerepository to facilitate access. Fulltexts are accessible in-person at thededicated campus libraries.

The International Islamic University Malaysia's

repository system or known as IREP commenced

operation in June/ July 2011.

This is a digital repository of documents and

scholarly output of IIUM staff encompassing various

subjects and disciplines. The documents include

journal articles, chapter/ section of a book, book

and conference papers.

The works include those that are written by IIUM

staff or collaboratively produced with other parties.

The information and full-texts of many of the

documents is freely available to be shared with

others.
