Ravneet Kaur is Founder and Chief Methodologist at Agile School. She has over 10 years of in-depth agile experience. She is an accomplished author, trainer, and speaker who is widely recognized as one of the leading voices of pragmatic agility. No academic or purist posturing here, just in-the-trenches experience that our clients leverage every day. Ravneet Kaur is an Agile Methodologist, Practitioner & Coach focused on Agile adoption for teams, Agile / Digital Transformation for organizations, and business process re-engineering. In this role, she helps guide companies and teams in their pragmatic adoption and organizational shift towards Scrum, Kanban and other Agile methods and practices. With her deep, in the trenches, agile experience, Ravneet is widely considered as a "Coach of Coaches" in the agile community. She's been actively coaching agile teams, both as an external consultant and internal change agent, for the past 10+ years.

She works with programs and portfolios all over enterprise, practice Agile methods at scale and sort through thorny problems such as Agile with legacy applications, Agile with highly distributed teams, innovation in the enterprise, DevOps and applying Agile to hardware design. Ravneet regularly speaks at international conferences and professional groups on topics related to software
