ROYAL CLASSIC Contracting & General Maintenance Company was established in 2005 and is ISO 9001:2015,

accredited company registered in Abu Dhabi. The company has proven track record of delivering several high

profile schemes for our main Clients like ADNOC, Ministry of Interior, Presidential Guard and Etihad Rail DB,

Command of Military etc. We have delivered EPC projects.

The company is registered with Abu Dhabi Municipality (CN 1075911) and Chamber of Commerce (Membership

unified number # 205095).

Quality Assurance Policy

We strive to provide our Clients with efficient services and products, which meet and exceed their expectations.

We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a quality management system that

provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance, enabling us to deliver high quality work at

every stage of a project, from start to delivery stage. The system incorporates the following elements:

o Regular gathering and monitoring of client feedback including complaints and weekly project

meetings at site office and meeting with Clients as per their requirement.

This quality management system is available on request, and included in all new staff ‘welcome packs’. Our

creative team is ultimately responsible for quality, but all employees are encouraged to be accountable for

individual projects. This statement and the methodology are reviewed annually. Clear communication – by a

Senior Management team for each project is headed up by our Creative team. They are jointly responsible for

the whole project at every stage. This ensures rapid and effective response to urgent needs as well as assurance

that work will be planned, implemented and communicated in a coherent manner. The dedicated creative team

manages and carries out all creative and development work. All work will be discussed and managed within the

team in consultation with the Client. Rigorous documentation – by all staff, each project has a title, reference

number and dedicated digitalized documentation which tracks and builds the history of the work. Its contents

include all or some of the following, as appropriate:

Training policy Everyone at Royal Classic Contracting & General Maintenance is a self-starting graduate, and the best way to describe our training and development policy is ‘on demand’. That is, if a member of staff has an interest in learning a new skill and sources an appropriate provider, the company will encourage and support them as a matter of course. Subjects covered by courses and seminars attended by our staff have included project management, first aid,

color management, mathematics, new business marketing, understanding the tendering process, proofreading

and website programming. To inspire and refresh creative minds, we encourage all staff to take time out of their

working day for gallery and museum visits, theatre and film performances, or any form of cultural stimulation

they believe to be of benefit. All we ask is that they share what they have seen and heard with the rest of the

team.

Environment, Health & Safety Purpose: This manual defines the scope of RCCM Health, Safety Management System (HSE MS) and provides a linkage of system documents to the various elements of OHSAS18001:2007 standard. The principal elements of the system described in this manual are:

Management Review

Management reviews all elements of the HS MS at least every six months, to ensure its continuing suitability,

adequacy and effectiveness. The HSE Representative ensures that all decisions and actions determined in the

management review are documented and an action plan/corrective or preventive actions issued for concerned

people to mitigate areas of concern. Follow-up results are presented in the next management review for

evaluation and verification by Management.

Steel Structure and Building construction

Royal classic is a leading name in Steel Structure and Building Construction. We use our professional staff for

steel structure designs & fabrications of structure. We are specialized in roof truss designs, mezzanine floor

designs for different small, medium & large scale projects. For larger commercial projects we use a blend of

steel building and conventional concrete decking systems.

Building Acoustics & Occupational, Industrial and Construction noise

We work with other design professionals including architects, structural engineers and building services

engineers to create high quality buildings. Whether the project involves apartments, offices, education or

performance spaces, investment in good acoustic design adds value to a building. Our comprehensive,

professional service covers everything from concept design, through to verification measurements upon

completion to maintenance in order to maintain life cycle of the structures.

We can measure and manage noise in factories and other workplaces in accordance with UAE Occupational

Health & Safety Standards and Guidelines to protect the health and safety of workers. Our capabilities also

include the acoustic design of engineering machinery and other products – from detailed design and analysis to

commissioning noise and vibration measurements. We also regularly monitor and assess noise from

construction works, and provide practical advice regarding mitigation.

These varied projects often draw on the creativity and experience of our team, and require the use of advanced

testing equipment or facilities.

We also offer following services as per the UAE guidelines for Industrial buildings:

Recently, we have been awarded by Etihad Rail DB under a Framework agreement for the maintenance of all

structures for Stage 1 – UAE National Rail Network, where we have to ensure the noise level is acceptable as per

UAE Code of Practice for the design, operation and maintenance of Heliport and noise produced in the

workshop/buildings by the Locomotives during operation and maintenance.

Waterproofing

Substructure Waterproofing

Bituminous waterproofing systems are designed to protect residential and commercial

buildings. Bitumen (asphalt or coal-tar pitch) is a mixed substance made up of organic liquids that are highly

sticky, viscous, and waterproof. These systems are sometimes used to construct roofs, in the form of

roofing felt or roll roofing products.

Roof Waterproofing

The roof covering materials, siding, foundations, and all of the various penetrations through these surfaces must

be water-resistant and sometimes waterproof. Roofing materials are generally designed to be water-resistant

and shed water from a sloping roof, but in some conditions, such as ice damming and on flat roofs, the roofing

must be waterproof. Many types of waterproof membrane systems are available, including felt paper or tar

paper with asphalt or tar to make a built-up roof, other bituminous waterproofing, ethylene propylene di-ene

monomer EPDM rubber, hypalon, polyvinyl chloride, liquid roofing, and more.

The waterproofing membrane is considered to be most important component of the roofing system as it serves

the main function of keeping water out of the building. Pre-formed waterproofing membranes generally will

perform better than liquid applied membrane as it can bridge over cracks and gaps better.

Garden Waterproofing

Where cities lack gardens in order to make space for housing, where high rise buildings and space restrictions

have taken away the garden from the houses, building a terrace garden with whatever area could be the best

solution to connect with nature.

New building’s roof construction that is planned to be used as a garden is usually made by invert roof system

which in comparison to the conventional system where the waterproofing is laid above insulation layer, in this

the waterproofing is arranged under thermal insulation.

With this arrangement, the roof waterproofing remains protected from mechanical damage and against the

direct influence of external factors (temperature, UV radiation, wind suction forces etc.). In addition, the

temperature on the waterproofed surface remains stable regardless of whatever the weather conditions are.

Epoxy Coating & Car Parking

Epoxy floor coatings are commonly used for commercial and industrial flooring. Epoxy coatings are normally

applied over concrete floors to provide a high-performance, smooth, and durable surface that can last many

years and withstand heavy loads. Many industrial sites, warehouses, and commercial buildings rely on epoxy

floors to maintain clean and safe conditions for workers, equipment, and inventory.

Epoxy coatings are popular because they provide a quick-drying, tough and protective coating. Unlike traditional

heat cured powder coatings, epoxy coatings are quick and easy to apply, making them ideal for a number of

applications. For example, they are typically used on concrete and steel to give resistance to water, alkali and

acids.

Epoxy resins are also used for floor application. Their low volatility and easy water clean-up make them useful

for many Industrial Applications.

Leakage Solution at basements

The process involves the injection of a suitable compound in the joint, or in the element where there is the leak,

which seals the gaps through which the loss occurs, hardening after the application.

Crack Repair & Expansion Joints

Expansion joints are used to allow for movement of the components (Slabs) due to thermal expansion, dynamics

loading, and other factors. More recently, expansion joints have also been utilized to prevent the passage of

winter de-icing chemicals and other corrosives applied to components from penetrating and damaging

substructure components of the whole Structure.

Interlock & curb Works

Royal classic is a leading interlock paver laying contractor. We provide the paver designs to our client, for

interlock paving works; our team offers numerous designs with different color patterns and combinations. We

have successfully completed multiple jobs in residential buildings, commercial offices etc.

Decorative landscape curbing has many benefits in both aesthetics and functionality. We offer an expansive

selection of curbing options. As the customer you have the ability to choose the exact color, texture, and control

joints to make your project unique based on your preferences. We pride ourselves on installing curbing with the

highest quality. Workmanship is extremely important to us. Our curbing is built to weather the harsh climate of

UAE. Each mix of curbing is properly measured to ensure quality and consistency. Concrete additives including

fiber mesh and air entrainment are put into each mix in order to strengthen our curb.

Car parking shade

We Use High-Quality material for the car parking shades that will provide 100% UV protection to the car and

maintain car shine and glow of the car in UAE’s Hot weather. We use both waterproof and non-water-proof car

parking shade material that provides protection in all-weather condition.

Chain-link Fencing

Vinyl coated fencing is quickly becoming the first choice for fencing environments where beauty is as important

as strength and long service life. There are many advantages to the PVC Color Systems. The special

manufacturing process produces a coating that remains rust and corrosion resistant as well as attractive and

secure for many years. Color coated chain link is available in three color variations to blend with your

environmental requirements: black, brown and green. We offer services based on customer requirements and

specifications.

Precast Structural Works

We offer supply & erection of precast equipment’s foundations, manhole, light pole & camera pole foundations

as per the client requirements. Studying the field details, adopting soil improvement required, supply precast

elements & erection in a safe manner.
