Cardigan Lodge is set on a 1,200-acre reservation owned by the Appalachian Mountain Club and features a peaceful, idyllic location less than 2 hours from Boston. Surrounded by quiet forests, waterfalls, a swimming pond, and more than 50 miles of nature trails, this is the perfect destination for couples that want a romantic setting to celebrate their love of the outdoors. Packages include a private destination for a ceremony and reception, as well as lodging and meals for guests. Cardigan offers a choice of private rooms with private bath, private bunkrooms with shared bath, and individual and group walk-in tent sites.

Whether you are planning an al fresco summer soiree, intimate fireside ceremony, or something in between, Cardigan allows you to customize the wedding of your dreams. This historic setting features cozy library and fireplace niches inside as well as abundant outdoor options including patio space, porch, and fire pit on the surrounding grounds. The lodge can accommodate up to 100 guests.

2019 PricingA two-night full lodge rental includes daily
dinner, lunch, breakfast for up to 62 people.
(Additional meals are available for up to 80
guests)
The lodge sleeps 62 people. Two rooms have
private baths while the remaining 13 have bunk
beds that can accommodate 2-6 guests with
shared baths.
Additional camping is also available for up to 75
people on the surrounding grounds.
