Alberta Milk nutrition educa-tor and dietician Colinda Hunter says there are approximately

farms in Alberta that produce milk.

However, she says, most adults still don’t get enough of it. “Smoothies are a great way to incorporate milk into your diet,” she says. And there’s plenty of green you can add to

your milk smoothie, from avocadoes to kale. If you eat Alberta food to complete this
