Concluzii
Alegeti-va strategia pe termen lung, In functie de aspiratiile, interesele voastre si alefamiliei/actionarilor.
Faceti compania ‚bancabila‘ pentru a putea avea acces la finantare competitiva. Ceiputernici au tendinta sa devina si mai puternici.
Faceti afaceri cu cei care va respecta si va trateaza de la egal la egal. Cand discutati cucorporatii, oamenii se schimba. La fel si prioritatile lor.
Nu semnati nimic fara sfatul unui expert. Contractele sunt pentru vremuri grele, nupentru vremuri bune.
Tineti cont de ciclicitatea din industrie si nu decapitalizati compania in anii buni.
Fiti pregatiti sa veniti cu bani de acasa in ani rai – e cel mai mare semn de credibilitatepe care il puteti transmite comunitatii financiare.
Nu va atasati emotional de afacere mai mult decat e nevoie. Fiti pregatiti sa iesitiatunci cand piata e sus, nu cand v-ati saturat de ea.
Invatati afaceri , nu transport. Angajatii vostri trebuie sa stie transport.
