Learn more at www.CHEP.com | 13 CHEP (13 2437) + + SUSTAINABILITY HIGHLIGHTS 2021 CHEP AUSTRALIA SERVICE CENTRE AND LOGISTICS IMPROVEMENTS CONSISTENT AND RELIABLE PLATFORMS AND SERVICES SERVICE CENTRE DEVELOPMENTS - ROCHEDALE IN QLD Construction of this state-of-the-art site is progressing well and will be operational in early 2022. With the latest wash equipment, customers will be able to access reusable plastic containers (RPCs), plastic pallets, bins, and other bulk containers from a single location. It is conveniently located near key industrial hubs and adjacent to the Gateway Motorway interchange, providing fast and efficient connectivity. Click here to learn more. CREATE VALUE AND DELIVER PROACTIVE SUPPORT SIMPLIFY PROCESSES AND SUPPORT The new CHEP Eastern Creek Service Centre is now operational. This state-of-the-art site provides improved capability and efficiency, with an optimised layout for quicker vehicle turnaround times and the latest repair equipment. We’ve installed electronic tablets on forklifts at 16 CHEP Service Centres across the Eastern Seaboard. This is used by drivers to process your transactions, making equipment control faster and easier. The CHEP Altona and CHEP Rocklea Service Centres have successfully completed the installation of the Quality Assured System to enable the issuing of Quality Assured Pallets. We've installed a new RPC washer at CHEP Derrimut Service Centre to enhance reliability and productivity. Opened in April 2021, this state-of-the-art site is delivering consistent and reliable platforms. This is enabled via the latest crate and container washing equipment onsite, as well as our highly-trained teams. A new, automated reusable plastic container (RPC) washing line with the latest centrifugal dryer is currently being installed, due early December. This supports deliver optimal wash quality, productivity and consistency. Built with sustainability in mind, this site features a rooftop 400kw solar array and is conveniently located near key industrial hubs, close to the new Badgerys Creek Airport. NEW ISSUE AND RETURN EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS To make it easier to do business with CHEP, all users of myCHEP can receive an order status email notification when their order moves from ‘Requested’ to ‘Planned’. To support you in setting up these notifications, click here to access a quick user guide and click here for a quick video.
