We are specialized in guiding your event and getting the best results from your event. We are there to

make sure you can focus your energies on your guests, while we take care of all the rest.

1. Locations

We have different locations and possibilities to host your event. Below you will find general information about the various locations. In a personal conversation, we gladly assist you in choosing the best location for your event.

1.1 Beach Karakter

The beach of Karakter is very multifunctional and the wedding location “par excellence”. During the day it is used by beach guests, but in the evening, it can be transformed into a private location for a beautiful moment. A private dinner along the waterline or a buffet with 'live barbecue cooking ', a business get-together or a party, our beach can host all kind of events.

1.2 Pool deck Koraal

The pool deck at Koraal is very suitable for a business drink with a small or large group. It’s a perfect location for a more formal get-together, since your guests won’t be with their feet in the sand. There is a lot of space you can use for decoration and you will have a view over a beautiful illuminated swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea. The pool deck of Koraal is only available from late afternoon.

1.3 Roof top terrace

The intimate front terrace of Koraal is very suitable for a business drink, a toast after the wedding ceremony or a small dinner. It is especially suitable for events that take place at the end of the day, due to the spectacular sunset.

1.4 Sunset platform

The "Sunset platform" is a unique hidden spot on Coral Estate Centre. It’s very private and looks out over our small coral beach with at the background the azure blue sea and the pier of Karakter. A beautiful place for a toast at sunset. This location can accommodate up to 40 people.

1.5 Pier

Like the "Sunset platform" the pier of Karakter is also a unique place for a drink. Here you have all the privacy, a nice sea breeze and a spectacular view. The Palapa at the end of the pier provides the necessary shade and can accommodate a small group for a drink or a toast.

1.6 Meeting Room

Between Karakter and Koraal there is a spacious meeting room. With a view over the Caribbean Sea, this air-conditioned room is very suitable for inspiring business encounters/brainstorming sessions etc. The room is equipped with all infrastructural conveniences and has its own bar.

2. Food and Beverage

Whichever location you choose, we have several standard food and beverage options available for you.

Our event manager will gladly advise you in the best choice for your event.

Below you will find options for 3/4 or 5 course dinners at the table, an informal "walking dinner", a

"shared dining" concept and for a barbecue Buffet.

2.1 Dinner served at the table

If you are not with more than 25 people, you can choose for a 3/4 or 5 course dinner served at the table.

For each course you can choose 2 options. On the day itself, your guests make a choice between your

two options. Below you will find the different dishes you can choose from.

Starters (also to order as an intermediate dish):

• Salad with smoked chicken, bacon, Parmesan cheese and 1000 island dressing

• Caprese salad: tomato, pesto, Parma ham, roasted pecans and arugula

• Beef carpaccio with rocket, Parmesan and truffle mayonnaise

2.2 “Walking dinner”

If you choose for the cozy and informal setting of a “walking diner”, your guests can just move around

and our waiters will serve them small plates, which will be prepared right on the location. Below you will

find the dishes to choose from.

You will have to choose at least 6 dishes and be with at least 25 people.

Besides the chosen dishes, bread rolls with dips will be placed on tables.

2.3 “Shared dining”

If you choose for "shared dining", we serve large platters with the items of your choice in the middle of

the tables and your guests can create their own dish. It’s a mixture between a buffet and a classic seated

diner.

You can choose from the following lists a combination of starters, of “main courses” and desserts to

make a thee course dinner.

2.4 Barbeque menu For an ultimate Caribbean feeling, we offer a barbecue buffet. At our barbecue station on the beach,

our chefs will be cooking for you. The side dishes are served in buffet form. This menu is available from

25 people.

To make it as easy as possible we work, preferably, with an open bar. Your guests can drink for a fixed

amount per hour. Prices are as follows:

3.1 Rental

The costs associated with renting the meeting room are as follows:

3.3 Drink arrangements

The meeting Room offers the unique possibility of an "in-house bar", provided by Karakter. During your session (at your desired moments) staff of Karakter will be present to provide your guests with all conveniences. During a coffee break, the staff will provide you with drinks and the snack you have selected. However, even during your session, our staff will take care of you discretely by refilling glasses and serving an extra cup of coffee. If your meeting is confidential, we can also provide a self-service bar where you can enjoy delicious Nespresso coffee with the touch of a button. Below you will find some beverage packages for your meeting. Of course, there are also other possibilities, from a beer to the delicious cocktail of Koraal. If you have any special wishes, we would like to assist you.

In collaboration with Karakter and Koraal we can offer various lunch options. You can choose to have

lunch in the room or you can choose to change environment and have lunch at Karakter or Koraal

4. Special Packages

Are you looking for a fun team-building activity or do you want to organize a bachelor party or a baby shower? We offer several fun and informal workshops and packages, which we can of course adapt to your wishes. Through our cooperation with the diving school of Coral Divers, we can also combine this with a boat trip or another activity. We are happy to advise you in the possibilities.

4.1 Wine-Food workshop

During the wine-food workshop at Karakter, you will learn more about the wine countries, regions and

grapes.

In a short workshop we will take you through the most important wine countries and grapes. You will

taste delicious wines paired with matching bites.

4.2 Cocktail workshop

"Shaken or stirred", do you know what it really means? During the cocktail workshop at Koraal, our professional bartenders, will explain you everything about this “cocktail-language”. A bartender of Koraal teaches you how to make three cocktails and explains you all the ins and outs of making a good cocktail. Of course, you’ll have to taste a lot, and the workshop is completed with a delicious cocktail.

A high tea is a mix of small savory and sweet appetizers with unlimited coffee & tea (both cold and

warm) and very suitable for a baby shower. A high tea can be ordered from 10 people onwards. You will be served platters with:

The "alcoholic" version of the high tea: Zipping different wines, while enjoying beautiful platters with

delicious bites. A high wine can be ordered from 10 people onwards.

After this welcome moment, we often switch to an open bar, but if desired we can also just charge the

drinks based on consumption.
