YouMeO develops and applies highly agile and collaborative approaches that help improveefficiency at each step of the innovation process:
• Exploring futures: via different approaches (Future Expeditions, Scenario Planning, HorizonScanning...), we support the detection and anticipation of important trends and potentialgame-changer dynamics in the business context in order to get ahead of the curve and buildfuture-proof innovation strategies
• Getting inspired: our ‘P2P’ consulting approach allows managers to learn from their peers inother industries who have faced similar problems; we use ‘Positive Deviance’ to detectdeviant behaviours that lead to exceptional results and analyse them from differentperspectives (sociological, managerial, human) in order to spread them throughout theorganisation
• Generating ideas: Idea Challenges, Creative Problem Solving, Design Thinking, CreativityWorkshops, Communities Of Practice ... the objective of all these approaches is to mobilisethe collective intelligence of employees, customers and/or other stakeholders to generatedisruptive ideas and to assess them
• Building business models: through methods such as Business Model Generation or ServiceDesign we help teams to rethink existing business models or invent new ones
• Accelerating execution: through our agile project management approach we help projectteams to adopt a start-up culture using methods inspired by Lean Start-up, Hackathons,SCRUM, Agile PM ... these approaches are based on short work cycles, team empowerment, rapid prototyping and iterative process (test & learn)
// …with a wide range of resources, tools and methods to support the entire value chain of innovation
