There is a strong prevailing wind that comes across the site from the South-West. The taller buildings located on the south sides of the river sheild our site slightly, however the low elevation of the Lendal Bridge seems to accellerate the wind speeds around our site.

The designated site will become a brownfield site when the currentsmall scale buildings are knocked down.
