Is mainly desinged for modern cars, with technological advanced OBD2 systems, however it might be also used in older types of cars.Thanks to its modern construction and highly efficient CPU it gives possibillityto fullfill strict emission exhaust norms, keeping the driving dynamic and performance identically as on petrol.

The Gas controllers use unique algorithms of controlling LPG injectorsInjection opening time for each gas injector is being calculatedindividually, in real time, based on injection opening time of petrol injectorcorresponding to it.

Thanks to that solution efficiency and dynamics of driving on gas are practicallyidentical to the one petrol. Another advantage of that solution is the fact that the controller works without any problems with car's engines like Valvetronik(constant value of vacuum in the inlet manifold) and cars which are having opening time differences between individual injectors (Subaru).

Our Gas ECU’s can work with a wide range of Gas injectors:RAIL, I-Plus, MATRIX, MAGIC JET, VALTEK, H2000, KEIHIN etc.with impendancy from 1 up to 6 Ohm.

SEQUENTIAL GAS INJECTION SYSTEM OSCAR-N

„OSCAR-N S" is a microprocessor based gas

injection controller. It is mainly desinged for modern cars, which have technologically advanced OBD2 systems however it might be also used in older types of cars. Thanks to itsmodern construction and highly efficient CPUit gives posibillitis to fullfill strict emission exhaust norms, keeping the driving dynamic and performance identical to the one on petrol.

In "OSCAR-N PLUS" controller unique algorithms of controlling LPG injectors have been used. Injection opening time for each gas injector is being calculated individually, in real time, based on injection opening time of the petrol injector corresponding to it. Thanks to that solution efficiency and dynamics of driving on gas are practical identical to the one on petrol.

Another advantage of that solution is the fact that the controller works without anyproblem with vehicle engines like HEMI (part of cylinders are being temporarily turned off during work), Valvetronik (constant value of vacuum in the inlet manifold) and cars which are having opening time differences between individual injectors (Subaru).

„OSCAR-N PLUS” can work with wide range of injectors: RAILGAS, RAIL, REG, MATRIX, MAGIC JET, VALTEK, PLANIJET, H2000, KEIHIN of impendancyfrom 1 up to 6 Ohm.

It is the smallest device on the market of sequential injection gas system, whichcan control up to 8 cylinders. 100% waterproof aluminium case dimensions are: 130 (length) x 100 mm (width) x 28 mm (thickness).

Thanks to the anti-surtension protection devices build on the printed circuitboard and latest technology of manufacturing with usage of the highestclass of elements, the system is completely non-failure. Controller, harness,switch, pressure- and temperature sensors are being tested twicecarefully before they leave the factory and warehouse. In effect we,the customer and the installer is happy due to troubleless, fine working and long lasting autogas installations.

The software makes it possible to adjust the parameters of the fuel supplysystem in a very large scale. Besides the correction due the vacuum in theintake manifold, installer can adjust gas dosage according to RPM level. It is also possible to adjust mixture dosage for each cylinder separately and there is the possibility of preheating the gas injectors before changeover.

OSCAR-N kit has passed the Abgasgutachten tests (regarding homologations ECE 115) and it is installed on the territory ofGermany. We still enlarge the list of cars which successfully passes thedemanding tests. The results that we are getting confirm high quality andthe technological advantage of our System.

LPG pressure regulator type EG® is designed for supplying vehicle gas injection systems. It's a one step diaphragm pressure regulator. It's intended to evaporate a liquid mixture of propane-butane (LPG) and to reduce the pressure of vaporisedgas.Value of pressure outgoing from the reducer is regulated by a spring which ispressing the diaphragm. The force of affect of that spring is regulated by a pressure regulation screw. Regulator's task is to hold the intended pressure difference between pressure of gas in the pressure regulator outlet and the pressure in the car suction manifold stable. This effect is performed by connecting the pressure regulator and the car suction manifold by a vacuum probe. The value of that pressure difference can be regulated in a range from 0,95 bar– 1,2 bar. The "increasing pressure during cut-off effect" has been practically eliminated in this reducer. Original shape and small dimensions makes it possible to install it in vehicleswhich don't have much free space in the engine compartment.
