YES ANOTHER NEWSLETTER

We have started off the New Year in a big way with lots going on. All of the networks are doing extra ordinary work out there, engaging new members and re-igniting their relationships with current members. It is all about a strong value system supported by the energy we are generating by working toward our com-mon goals of strong, healthy networks. Per Tribal Leadership, by Logan, King and Fischer-Wright, “finding values that cut across a group of peo-ple can take an entire tribe to (a) zone of appreciation and emotion and lead to a level of performance that from the outside can seem miraculous.” In January at our Winter meeting, we took a moment to Celebrate Our Victories before moving onto the level of contribution to our businesses, ourselves and our commu-nity. Fun Fact: Grew up in small two bedroom apartment be-hind gas station/store. At one time, we had fourteen, ( as I recall) dogs, mostly Chihuahua’s and Pekinese, living with us, but there were two sheep dogs too!

“There is a way of being,

which is lighter, which is freer.

A way in which work as well as

play becomes a dance.

And living a song.

We can learn this way.”

“ I began my Real Estate career in 2002 and joined Women's Council in 2007. Women's Council is a part of my business plan and I love making connections with Women's Council members across the United States. Referring my clients to agents with the same values as I have is so important, in 2015 I received 10 referrals and sent out 8!

I am not sure if there is anything secret about me as I am an open book to most people. I love my family, being a grandma, Maui, Sea Ranch, Old Fashioned Roses, hiking, and a good old vine Zin. “
