GENERAL NOTES

Situation Redland Farm has excellent national road network access via the M6 at Stafford north and adjoins the A34 between Stafford and Stone. From Stone and the A51 pick up the A34 towards Stafford and travel up Yarlet Bank passing the school and Greyhound Public House. Continue for approximately a 1/3 of a mile and 150 yards after passing Whitgreave Lane on the right, turn left directly into the farm access. From the M6 and Stafford (Junction 14 Stafford north) pick up the A34 signposted Stone/Stafford and after having passed the Arnold Clarke car dealership on the left go to the main A34 roundabout. Take the A34 towards Stone and travel through the traffic lights passing Whitgreave Lane on your left, turn right directly into the farm access. All sale goers you are advised that the A34 dual carriageway has several unmarked no u turn crossing points please approach the sale from the south bound carriageway south of Yarlet Bank to minimise risk of accidents. As detailed in the preceding paragraph purchasers are advised to travel to the Stone main roundabout and then re-run back towards Stafford on the A34 to minimise the risk of accident.

Cash – Under the money laundering regulations the auctioneers are unable to accept cash in sums greater than €15,000 (or its Sterling equivalent). Please contact the auctioneers to discuss methods of cash payment prior to the sale.

VAT on Export Goods – Under regulations imposed by HM Customs & Excise, the auctioneers must account in a proper manner for VAT on export goods. Therefore, any customers who have no trading pattern record with the auctioneers must pay all VAT on the purchase price of goods on sale day. On receipt of all relevant export documentation and bills of laden (which must be received in the prescribed time limits), the auctioneers will then refund relevant VAT sums.

FOREWORD

This genuine dispersal sale arises as a result of Simon and Sarah Stanley relinquishing the tenancy of Redland Farm after 14 years. The dairy cattle have already been sold from the holding and this leaves a genuine range of Case and International tractors together with machinery, sundries and effects for sale. The Vacuum Tanker, Kidd Topper and Barrel Spreader have all been owned from new and there is an excellent Case 4WD tractor c/w Quicke Loader which has also been on the farm from new. In addition, there is a small range of equipment from a local retiring farmer and purchasers should attend and bid with confidence at this genuine dispersal.
