Step 1: From your mailbox screen, click "Contacts".
Step 2: Click on "New Contact" box located on the left side.
Step 3: In the “Email” field enter the following email address: [email protected]. Then click on the plus sign on the right side of the email box.
Step 4:
A new email box will show underneath the first one. Type in the following email address: [email protected]. After that click on the plus sign again located to the right of the box, and in the new box that shows up underneath type in the email address: [email protected] and a 4th time to enter [email protected]. Then click the Save button.
As a shortcut after entering the first email address [email protected] you can click the + sign 3 times at once and it will add 3 additional email boxes. You may then enter the remaining 3 email addresses and then click the save button.
