Performance
Innovation and technology, as well as research of design and new shapes, make Univet models unique and immediately recognizable. Attention to details, both functional and aesthetical, allows the perfect combination between comfort and
style, appeal and wearability.
The breakthrough technology UDC provides the spectacles with superior resistance against scratching and fogging. The coatings, applied in separate processes, are permanent and grant exceptional performances in every working condition.This technology is available in the 5X3 UDC and 6X3 UDC models.
The new HOD coating improves visibility and simplifies the care of the glasses. Applied both inside and outside the lens, it increases the surface tension, avoiding the adhesion of water and oil drops. It enhances the flow of liquids on the lens and prevents dirt from sticking, always ensuring a clear view and simplifying the cleaning process.
The Anti-Scratch Plus coating hardens the surface of the lens creating a barrier against superficial damages that can impair vision and achieves a better performance than the ones specified by EN166 European Safety Regulation.
ANTI-SCRATCH PLUS
The Anti-fog Plus coating is a film of few μm thickness placed on the entire surface of the lens, which prevents fogging thanks to its chemical and physical properties, by absorbing humidity. It is permanent and offers superior performances than the EN166 standard requires.
